What's On Your Mind?

"As a man thinks so is He". Pr. 23:7
"In All your getting get understanding". Pr. 4:7

"Whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, or excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things". Phil 4:8

"A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones" Pr. 17:22
.
"Be transformed by the renewal of your mind" Ro 12:2

Cognitive Theory:

"I think, therefore I am".  Thoughts give meaning to everything we experience, remember, and expect.

We take in information, store, transform and manipulate it and then that information influences how we decide, plan, problem solve, communicate ideas, interpret future information, and feel.
